Return type: Switch
Returns: Returns true in either case if the entity or notation was declared with a system identifier, and false otherwise. Replacing is with isnt will reverse the results.
Syntax
(entity | notation) (is | isnt) system
Purpose
A test that can be applied to either an entity or a notation. It succeeds in either case if the entity or notation is a system identifier.
