Returns: true if the Network Utilities library is compatible with this version of OmniMark, false otherwise

Purpose

Use NETIsVersionCompatible to determine if this version of the Network Utilities library is compatible with the version of OmniMark currently in use.

Requirements

You must include the following line at the beginning of your OmniMark program: 

  include "omnetutl.xin"
