Returns: OASIS catalog compiled from the given URI

Argument definitions

uri: the catalog URI

resolver: an entity-resolver to be used for resolving the parts of the catalog being compiled

preference: either oasis.prefer-public or oasis.prefer-system; the latter is the default

Purpose

Function oasis.compile-catalog-resource loads an OASIS catalog file from the specified uri and compiles from it an instance of oasis.catalog-type. In case of a failure, the function throws an oasis.compile-error.
