This function sets the specified element in the data area of the OCI_Array_type variable to the specified stream value. The contents of the stream may be any textual or binary information.

Input arguments:

• Array -- The OCI_Array_type variable to examine or manipulate.
• ElementPos -- The position of the requested element, with zero (0) as the first element.
• StreamValue -- Specified stream value.
