Syntax

notation

Different aspects of the notation of the current external data entity being processed can be queried using notation.

The notation tests are:

• is public
• is system
• is in-library

The tests can be combined using either and (&) or or (|).

For example:

  external-data-entity #implied
     output "%eoq"
        when notation is (system | in-library)
