By default, OmniMark treats SGML names other than entity names, name tokens, and number tokens that appear in an OmniMark program according to the SGML Reference Concrete Syntax. Thus, in these SGML names, lowercase letters are interpreted as though the corresponding uppercase letters had been entered instead. OmniMark provides a namecase general
declaration which can be used to modify this behavior. SGML Declarations can also contain a NAMECASE GENERAL declaration, so to avoid confusion, any namecase general
declaration that appears in an OmniMark program should agree with that in the SGML Declaration of the document instances being processed.
