Return type: Boolean
Returns:       

True or false.



Syntax
  test expression (or | |)


Purpose

A logical operator that tests "true" if either or both of the operands tests to true. If both are evaluated to false, then the test is also "false". If the first operand evaluates to true, the second is not tested.

Usage example:

  do when a < b or c < d
  ...
  done
