cross-translate
The use of cross-translate
is deprecated, but is supported for compatibility with earlier versions of OmniMark.
Used at the beginning of a program, cross-translate
indicates that the program that follows is a cross-translate program.
A cross-translation program is one that translates data from one form to another using find rules alone. Files named on the command line are processed automatically without the need of submit
.
do xml-parse
and do sgml-parse
cannot be used in a cross-translation program.
Apart from this restriction, beginning your program with cross-translate
is equivalent to beginning it with the following process rule:
process submit #main-input
