submit actions are often used to apply find rules to the contents of files determined by the program.
When invoked on a file, a submit action causes the following chain of events:
find rules are immediately applied to the content of the named file.
Using a submit action allows very large files to be processed because, when a submit action is processing only a file, it does not need to read the whole file at once. It provides input to find rules as required.
