Returns the SQL string as modified by the driver. This function does not execute the SQL statement.

Input arguments:

• TextLength1. The maximum length of InStatementText.
• BufferLength. The maximum length of OutStatementText.

Output arguments:

• OutStatementText. The translated SQL string.
