Library: omnetutl - miscellaneous network utilities Include: omnetutl.xin

Return type: Switch Returns:        Returns true if the Network Utilities library is compatible with this version of OmniMark. It returns false if this version of the library is designed for a newer version of OmniMark.

Declaration

  define external switch function NETIsVersionCompatible
  as NETIsVersionCompatible

Use NETIsVersionCompatible to determine if this version of the Network Utilities library is compatible with the version of OmniMark currently in use.

Requirements

You must include the following line at the beginning of your OmniMark program:

  include "omnetutl.xin"

Example

  include "omnetutl.xin"

  process
     do unless NETIsVersionCompatible
        put #error "omnetutl library is not compatible with this version of OmniMark"
        halt with 1
     done
