Declaration

  define external stream function OCI_IsVersionCompatible

This function is used to determine if this version of the OCI library is compatible with the version of OmniMark currently in use. For example:

  do unless OCI_IsVersionCompatible
     put #error "oci library is not compatible with this version of OmniMark%n"
     halt with 1
  done
