This function sets elements in the OCI_Array_type variable's data contents to the specified stream shelf items.

Input arguments:

• Array -- The OCI_Array_type variable to examine or manipulate.
• InputShelf -- The stream shelf from which the data is copied.
• ItemCount -- The total number of counter shelf items, starting from the first, to copy to the OCI_Array_type variable's elements. This must not exceed the declared element count of Array.
