Returns: Numeric An SQL return code. The following values may be returned: SQL_SUCCESS (the handle has been associated with the connection). SQL_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO (the handle has been associated with the connection, but a message was issued). SQL_ERROR (an error occurred). SQL_INVALID_HANDLE (the handle is invalid).

Allocates a statement handle and associates the handle with the connection specified by ConnectionHandle. An application must call SQLAllocStmt prior to submitting SQL statements.
