Returns: Numeric An SQL return code. The following values may be returned: SQL_SUCCESS (the commit or rollback was successful). SQL_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO (the commit or rollback was successful, but a message was issued). SQL_ERROR (an error occurred). SQL_INVALID_HANDLE (the handle is invalid).

Requests a commit or rollback operation for all active operations on all statement handles associated with a connection. SQLTransact can also request that a commit or rollback operation be performed for all connections associated with the environment handle.
